DUMELO TOPS FRANCIS DOKU'S 2015 LIST OF TOP 50 CELEBRITIES ON SOCIAL MEDIA

The list of Ghana’s top 50 celebrities with the highest following on social media has been released with actor John Dumelo at the top. That makes him the most popular Ghanaian entertainment icon on social media. With over 1.2million total number of weighted total of fans and followers on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, Dumelo stood head and shoulders above all other Ghanaian entertainment people with accounts on any or all three social media platforms. John Dumelo also led the pack in terms of raw or unweighted total with 4,249,830.00 across the three aforementioned social media platforms. Although he was not the leader in terms of most followed on Twitter and Instagram, his total haul of 3,290,531.00 of fans on Facebook contributed to pushing him to the top of the list. The compilation, which was done by Francis Doku, a columnist in the Graphic Showbiz and a marketing communications practitioner, was to determine which Ghanaian entertainers especially musicians, actors, comedians, radio and TV presenters had the most following on Twitter and Instagram as well as the most fans on Facebook together. It was also done to determine which of them had the largest following on each of the three platforms in 2015. John Dumelo and Christabel Ekeh_optIn order to remove any bias or advantage on specific platforms where individuals were stronger than others, weights were applied to each of the platforms as follows: Twitter 40%, Facebook 35% and Instagram 25%. The weights were applied according to the functional roles of each platform. Whereas Twitter provides adequate room for interactivity, Facebook makes it possible for engagement in the form of likes, shares and comments, while Instagram enables sharing photos and short videos for aesthetic appeal. The other nine celebrities who made it to the top ten on the weighted total hierarchy were Yvonne Nelson (1,188,062.75), Jackie Appiah (716,731.40), Sarkodie (660,092.55), Herty Bongreat (483,399.55), Funny Face (466,961.80), Asamoah Gyan (353,352.65), Stonebowy (312,300.05), Ama K. Abebrese (260,691.05) and Samini (253,866.80). Yvonne Nelson Yvonne Nelson Following Dumelo as the next most popular Ghanaian entertainer on social media as of December 26, 2015 was actress Yvonne Nelson, both for unweighted and weighted total. In the weighted total, Nelson had 1,188,062.75 and in the unweighted total she had 2,389,421.00 across the different social media platforms of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. The actress and film producer overwhelmingly beat everyone with a total of 982,245.00 followers to emerge as the Ghanaian celebrity with the most following on Instagram. She was second on Twitter and Facebook with a total of 564,188.00 followers and 2,389,421.00 fans respectively. In a list that is dominated by actors and actresses, popular actress Jackie Appiah emerged as the third most popular Ghanaian on social media. Although she had a very negligible number of followers on Twitter, her impressive number of fans on Facebook and followers on Instagram shot her to the number three position. With a total number of 1,761,883.00 fans on Facebook, Jackie Appiah is the third most popular Ghanaian celebrity on that platform after Dumelo and Nelson. Also, with a total of 752,178.00 she is the third most followed Ghanaian celebrity on Instagram after Nelson and Dumelo in that order. Making it to the number four position on both unweighted and weighted total behind Jackie Appiah is multiple award winning rapper, Sarkodie. He is the most followed Ghanaian entertainment icon on Twitter with a total of 692,988.00 followers. Although he was the most followed celebrity on Twitter, his respective fifth position with 489,459.00 followers on Instagram and sixth position with 868,442.00 fans on Facebook contributed to pushing him to the fourth position on the list. One big surprise in the top ten is gospel artiste Herty Bongreat, though she had very negligible number of 305 followers on Instagram (the same number as Jackie Appiah had on Twitter) and also did not have a big number of followers on Twitter (3,104), her total haul of 1,606,939.00 fans on Facebook contributed to making her the fourth most popular Ghanaian on that platform and the fifth on the total list. Funny Face is the sixth most popular Ghanaian entertainer on social media on the weighted total hierarchy. He attained this enviable position because he is very popular across all three platforms, but most especially on Facebook where his total haul of 922,022.00 fans placed him behind Bongreat and ahead of Sarkodie as the fifth most popular on Facebook. He also attained the same position on Twitter where his total number of followers of 332,793.00 placed him directly behind Efya and ahead of Reggie Rockstone. Footballer and singer Asamoah Gyan, showed very strongly on Twitter and Facebook and also not badly on Instagram propelling him to occupy the seventh position on the list of the most popular Ghanaian entertainers for 2015. Artiste of the Year at the 2015 Ghana Music Awards and recipient of BET’s Best International Act, Africa as well as winner of Reggae, Ragga and Dancehall Artiste of the Year at the 2015 AFRIMA, among others, Stonebowy occupied the eighth position ahead of Ama K. Abebrese at number nine and Samini at number 10 respectively. Stonebowy had very strong numbers on Facebook where with a total number of fans of 578,213.00 he was directly behind Sarkodie and ahead of actor Majid Michel at number seventh position on that platform. Both Ama K. and Samini who occupy the ninth and tenth positions respective were very strong on all three platforms, but especially Facebook and Twitter. Some of the entertainers who made the celebrities social media power list for 2015 include Yvonne Okoro, Manifest, Joselyn Dumas, Reggie Rockstone, Shatta Wale, DJ Black, DBlack, Mugeez, Juliet Ibrahim, EL, Okyeame Kwame, Omar Sterling, Eazzy, Delay, Afia Schwarzenegger, Lydia Forson, Van Vicker, Jessica Opare-Saforo, Naa Ashorkor, Wanlov, Deborah Vanessa, Abeiku Santana, Pappy Kojo, Joey B, Nana Aba Anamoah, Nadia Buari, Jeremie, Sammy Forson, Jay Foley, Nana Ama McBrown, MzBel, Emelia Brobbey, Sandra Ankobiah, KOD and Edem.

LEARN THE RIGHT THINGS GHANA!

It is always said that there is no smoke with a fire, and every old man was once a child. The blindly copying of western cultures by many Africa countries has brought them to where they are: Ghana an epitome of such blind copying has reached a no return stage, and left with trying all alternative ways to succeed. A perfect example of a good western culture I would like Ghana to adopt is the US Thanksgiving. The United State of America Thanksgiving is a holiday since 1863 after a federal holiday crops were gathered in November 1823 Governor William Bradford of the 1620 pilgrim colony ‘Plymouth Plantation’ Massachusetts proclaimed. On 1 November 1777 ny order of Congress the first National Thanksgiving proclamation was proclaimed and signed by Henry Laurens president of Continental Congress. The third Thursday of December 1777 was thus officially set aside. Then again January 1, 1795, the 1st president of U.S George Washington, wrote his famed National Thanksgiving proclamation, in which he says that it is……
“Our duty as a people, with devout reverence and affectionate gratitude, to acknowledge our many and great obligations to Almighty God, and to implore Him to continue and confirm his blessings we experienced.” And was signed on 19th February 1795 and set aside by George Washington as national Thanksgiving Day. Abraham Lincoln by Act of Congress proclaimed an annual National Day of Thanksgiving “On the last Thursday of November as a day of thanksgiving and praise to our beneficent Father who dwelleth in the heavens” In this Thanksgiving proclamation, the 16th president says that it is…
“…announced in the Holy scriptures and proven in all history, that those nations are blessed whose God is the Lord…But we have forgotten the gracious hand which preserved us in peace and multiplied and enriched and strengthened us, and we have vainly imagined, by the deceitfulness of our hearts, that all these blessings were produced by some superior wisdom and virtue of our own…It has seemed to me fit and proper that God should be solemnly, reverently and gratefully acknowledged, as with one heart and one voice by the whole America people…”
. It is quiet wonderful and great United State of America is excelling in all their endeavors and most people around the world see America as a source of relief and a good place to relax for holiday, It is known worldly as ‘Heaven on Earth’ During Abraham Lincoln regime he gave a speech saying that those nations are blessed whose name is the Lord. Ghana is facing a lot of challenges which the opposition New Patriotic Party can help me mention is alphabetically, the Dumsor, NHIS, School feeding keep mentioning. Most of the time Is use to discuss minor cases of disagreement. For once let adopt a method, let get back to our maker and a set a day aside like the 6th March, like Founder’s day and give thanks to the almighty Lord great things He has done for us. THE APRIL FOOL PRANK!

Rain! Rain!! go away go and come another day…..Herr early days in school was super fun as young children we taught life was eat, play and sleep. As the waves of adulthood blows there we got to know how unpredictable life is. Cracking of jokes and teasing each other was a normal activity played among friends. There has been survival things my colleagues’ and I used to entertain ourselves some include hide and seek, computer games, brain teasers, ghost riders, and occasionally pulling of pranks and many others. There was this pranks which always got us into trouble and here I introduce the piece you just started reading ‘The April Fool Prank!’. April Fool Day is a day known widely as all fool’s day or a foolish day its origins are uncertain. Some see it as a celebration related to the turn of the seasons while others believe it stems from the adoption of a new calendar New Year’s Day Moves Ancient cultures, including those of the Romans and Hindus, celebrated New Year’s Day on or around the vernal equinox (March 2006 or March 21st) in medieval times, much of Europe celebrated March 25, the Feast of Annunciation, as the beginning of the new year. In 1582, Pope Gregory XIII ordered a new calendar (Gregorian Calendar) to replace the old Julian Calendar. The new calendar called for New Year’s Day to be celebrated Jan 1. That year, France, adopted the reformed calendar and shifted New Year’s day to Jan 1. According to a popular explanation, many people either refused to accept the new date, or did not learn about it, and continued to celebrate New Year’s day on April 1. Other people began to make fun of these traditionalists, sending them on “fools errands” or trying to trick them into believing something false. Eventually spread throughout Europe. It believed that the explanation given for the April fool day was half truth since England for instance didn’t adopt the Gregory Calendar until 1752 yet they were celebrating April fool’s day and also the historical evidence for this explanation. April Fool’s Day celebrated every April 1 where people are sent on a fool errands and if become a victim of a trick or boas you are called April Fool. Over the years many have died through such pranks that, they were pulled with expensive jokes. Joy FM has over the years been pulling pranks on their listeners, a year ago Joy FM carries away the news that, the host of the Cosmopolitan Mix show Doreen Andoh Queen of the airwaves after nineteen (19) years of dedicated service, the goddess of radio has existed the station and is heading towards a different field which most popular sites in the country including citifmonline.com spread the news which all ended up to be lies and an April fool indeed.
The sister station of Joy FM Adom106.3 FM which boast to be the best radio station in the country also in last three years pulled a prank that their star comedian Efo Gh (the Ewe man who has been cracking jobs with Jerry Justice on Offiekwanso) would be marrying on the 1 day of April and so therefore vehicles would be place at certain vantage points for the lovers of Efo Gh and Adom FM to help make the event a grand one. Somewhere last year when Mr. Blessed Godsbrain Smart known well as Captain Smart left Fox FM in Kumasi and joined the Accra based radio station Adom FM, when it got to the April fool day, Adom FM alarmed that the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) has taken custody of Captain Smart for wrong allegations which almost made his mum go mad which she rushed all the way from Central Region to know the where about of her only child Blessed Godsbrain Smart turning out to all be in the name of April Fool. There have been survival attempts to quit the celebration of Fool day’s considering the illegality, April fool is a day of sending people on fool errands but not create tension panic and fear. What come may it is really fun to enjoy but whenever you fall a victim remember you are called an April Fool. Let celebrate such a wonderful but shocking day. Stay alert not to be an April Fool on the Fool’s day.

END OF ERA: NANA ABA ANAMOAH EXIST TV3

Ace TV Presenter Nana Aba Anamoah has exist the Kanda TV station TV3 weeks after theTwitter brouhaha. Nana Aba Anamoah the former host of the most watched show DIVA’s show was sent off air by her employers TV3 weeks ago after a prank which got everybody talking about her and calling her names. Mr. Augustus Dickson the Chief Executive Officer of TV3 network released a statement and this what he said “After preliminary investigations internally, and in accordance with TV3’s own commitment to the highest level of professionalism, Management has decided to take Nana Aba Anamoah off air until further notice.” Nana Aba Anamoah trended on twitter for at least two consecutive days but for the wrong reason. She received an avalanche of backlash for twitting an image that wasn't hers. People photoshopped her image and made fun of her on social media for her tweet. She later tweeted and apologised for her conduct: “My intention was not to steal someone’s pictures as mine. Absolutely not.” She followed with another: “Sorry to all who got offended by that joke. It was all meant to be an innocent prank.” Though apologetic, her employer thought her conduct could not go unpunished and suspended her. “As a broadcast network that prides itself in upholding high ethical standards and delivering credible and trustworthy content to its viewers, TV3 would like to assure viewers and other key stakeholders that it shall continue to take all necessary steps to maintain such standards,” the statement noted. “We expect guardians of our brand particularly employees who we entrust to deliver content on air to our viewers, to ascribe to the company’s values whatever they are.” After making an audacious move to Old Trafford and sharing pictures and videos from the stadium ostensibly to prove that she is capable paying for a ticket to watch a Manchester United match, the controversial show host returned to Ghana with thing in mind, to move on. She tendered in her resignation letter in the morning of Monday, November 2, 2015. She told a source she had been wanting to resign from the network for two years now but each time she makes the move, she is talked out of it. Last year, after making part-payment for her fees in preparation to go to school, she abandoned the plans after management of the station appealed to her to defer her plans. After the twitter row and subsequent suspension, she thought it is time to finally move on. Nana Aba Anamoah will be moving to another TV but not TV3 or Viasat 1 per my intelligent investigation due to some comment she made against Viasat 1 a year ago..

2016 ELECTIONS LIKELY TO UNDERGO A RUN-OFF!

It is there all eyes on the ballots boxes waiting till 5:00 PM for counting. Hope you casted your vote? You heard me right that was all the imaginations of Bernard Ralph Adams. On 7th November, 2016 all the propagandas and ‘politricks’ the political parties in Ghana are doing will take a new form. Elections in Ghana cannot be complete without citing the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) as the main factors in elections in Ghana. With this I write up my piece concerning election 2016 and the possible victor. A man without a past is nobody so the saying goes 2016 elections will be a history in a making despite certain pressure groups mountain pressure on the Electoral Commission to change the voter register and inter party conflicts. The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has a dream of winning 1,000,000 votes in the Ashanti Region described as the “world bank” of the New Patriotic Party. Pollsters in and outside Ghana has in one or two ways predicts the outcomes of elections in Ghana which came to pass. In the year 1992 saw five people contesting for the presidential elections and after the election here were the verdict Jerry John Rawlings of National Democratic Congress 2,323,135 representing 58.4% Albert Adu Boahen of New Patriotic Party 1,204,764 representing 30.3% Hilla Limann of People’s National Convention 266,710 reoresenting 6.7%, Kwabena Darko of National Independence Party 113,629 representing 2.9%, Emmanuel Erskine of People Heritage Party 69,827 representing 1.8%. J.J Rawlings was declared the winner. In 1996 three political parties contested including the likes of National Democratic Congress (NDC), New Patriotic Party (NPP) and People’s Convention (PNC) Jerry John Rawlings of NDC had 4,099,758 representing 57.4% John Kuffour of NPP had 2,834,878 representing 39.7%, Edward Mahama 211,136 representing 3.0%. Jerry John Rawlings won for the 2nd time. In the year 2000 the then president Jerry John Rawlings brought his term of office to an end. And elections were held and this were the results John Kuffour of New Patriotic Party had 3,131,739 representing 48% John Mills of National Democratic Congress 2,895,575 representing 44.54%, Edward Mahama People’s National Convention had 189,659 representing 2.92%, George Hagan Convention’s People Party had 115,641 representing 1.78%, Augustus Obuabum Tanoh National Reform Party 78,620 representing 1.21% , Dan Lantey of Great Consolidated Popular Party 67,504 representing 1.04% Charles Wereko Brobby United Ghana Movement had 22,123 representing 0.34%. But since per the 1992 Constitution of the Republic a candidate need to get 50 + 1 vote, no candidate won so a second run of election (Run-off) was held between New Patriotic Party (NPP) and National Democratic Congress (NDC) and these were the results of the run-off NPP 3,631.263 representing 56.90% and NDC 2,750,124 representing 43.10%. NPP led be John Kuffour was declared victor Candidate Party Votes % John Kufuor New Patriotic Party 4,524,074 52.45 John Atta Mills National Democratic Congress 3,850,368 44.64 Edward Mahama Grand Coalition 165,375 1.92 George Aggudey Convention People's Party 85,968 1.00 I Mr John Kuffour and NPP was again declared as the winner Ghanaian presidential election, 2008 • v • t • e Party Candidate First round Second round Votes Percentage Votes Percentage National Democratic Congress John Atta Mills 4,056,634 47.92% 4,521,032 50.23% New Patriotic Party Nana Akufo-Addo 4,159,439 49.13% 4,480,446 49.77% Convention People's Paa Kwesi Nduom 113,494 1.34% People's National Convention Edward Mahama 73,494 0.87% Democratic Freedom Emmanuel Ansah-Antwi 27,889 0.33% Independent Kwasi Amoafo-Yeboah 19,342 0.23% Democratic People's Thomas Ward-Brew 8,653 0.10% Reformed Patriotic Democrats Kwabena Adjei 6,889 0.08% Candidate Party Votes % John Dramani Mahama National Democratic Congress 5,574,761 50.70 Nana Akufo-Addo New Patriotic Party 5,248,898 47.74 Paa Kwesi Nduom Progressive People's Party 64,362 0.59 Henry Herbert Lartey Great Consolidated Popular Party 38,223 0.35 Ayariga Hassan People's National Convention 24,617 0.22 Michael Abu Sakara Foster Convention People's Party 20,323 0.18 Jacob Osei Yeboah Independent 15,201 0.14 Akwasi Addai Odike United Front Party 8,877 0.0 National Democratic Congress has reached the usually eight years as elections in Ghana has always been, New Patriotic Party is working behinds doors to win power. The ultimate question is will NDC lose power to NPP or retain power? From the statics above there is no doubt that presidential election in Ghana 2016 will be a run-off, if history always repeat itself.

Nana Aba Anamoah finally there!

It is about a month ago a die hard Manchesster United fun and suspended TV3 presebter and News anchor who was the face behind DIVA's show has finally made it to the Old Trafford. Nana Aba Anamoah was weeks ago headlined almost in all the media houses top stories over a prank She pulled her fans on Twitter saying She was was at the Old Trafford sport stadium watching a live match. In about two days the story hit the media a guy came out accusing Nana Aba Anamoah of stealing his picture. The employers of the star presenter TV3 Network released a statement addressing what Nana Aba did as unprofessional and sent her off- air due to the prank She pulled.
It was like Ghanaians have forgotten as President John Mahama said"... Ghanaians have short memory..." When Nana Aba Anamoah uploaded a picture of herself on social media rocking at the Manchester United sport stadium watching a live game. A dream come true for Nana Aba Anamoah!

CHURCHES MUST PAY TAX!

Ermm! Have you ever thought how Ghana could be if we don’t pay taxes¬? It may be good enough as a good citizen to think about such things. In every village, town, city and the country as a whole. There are certain institutions which helps in the day to day running of the country in the moral up-bring which the church is part. The purpose of this article is not to bash any church or religion. I firmly believe the taxation of churches is not a negative concept; take notice taxing churches and taxing charitable organization is not the same. I have carefully studied the taxation of churches whether Charismatic, Orthodox, the Pentecostal churches and the one –man churches and strongly believed the taxation. I have arranged it in order of merit.

Firstly, the reason for church tax-exemption is obsolete. Historically, the primary reason churches don’t pay taxes no longer applies thus, they have been interpreted from a legal stand point to non – profitable as a business enterprise. Tax exemption was first recorded by Roman Empire and was granted by Emperor Constantine. At that point religion was used primarily as a method of ensuring order in the society. Education standards were much lower and for the common slave to understand the concept of human rights as a valid enough reason not to murder his master.

Secondly, churches don’t exist primarily to provide for citizen but government. As many believers may agree with me that, it is not the duty of the church to construct roads, build hospitals, schools, provide security for the state but government. What more even if the offices of government pay taxes without any exempt then with this conviction churches must also be taxed.

Besides, churches been tax exempted put burden on us indirectly. It is preposterous to argue on this very point. Let take this for instance, Mrs. Hilton a business woman told her three daughters Florence, Pearl and Kezia to wash her dirty clothes and iron them. Immediately Mrs. Hilton step feet out of the house. Kezia the youngest daughter of Mrs. Hilton pretended to be sick dying in the next minute. Making Florence the oldest daughter and Pearl washed the clothes and ironed all by themselves. Kezia’s excuse didn’t prevent Florence and Pearl from washing the clothes but because Kezia didn’t partake in the washing of the clothes. Florence and Pearl worked more than they were supposed to , creating a link as churches been tax exempted the burden is been scheduled on us indirectly as Kezia’s siblings did for her.

Adding insult to injury, churches are not purely Non-profitable organization. Initially churches were preaching and propagating the gospel of Christ as John the Baptist and Apostle Paul did centuries ago without earning salaries or any monetary gains, but the 21st century churches have migrated from Non-profitable organization to business entities where some pastors go as far as selling anointing oil for Ghs200 paying of consultation fees etc. Creating an atmosphere for them to be taxed.

Again, churches serve as revenue for founders. Most Charismatic, Pentecostal and so-called one man churches which are privileged to have branches overseas let me say a church in Sierra Leone have a branch in Ghana . Practice a system where all the monetary gains in the overseas are sent to the country of the founding leader’s country like the church in Ghana will send all the monies gain to the headquarters which is in Sierra Leone for development and other necessary activities. Serving as a medium of revenue for the General overseer and the country which the pastor resides and also causing lost to the church oversee and it country.

Lastly, indiscipline on the part of the churches, it's really common among the churches in Africa that often they refer to governments as unbelievers and henceforth devilish (evil manners) all because they want the government to act per do as I say whiles the government going wayward. Many would believe with me that the government has been providing security, and a whole lot. If the churches are taxed on the basic facts I gave in my piece as the reason for tax exemption is obsolete, churches don’t exist primarily to provide for citizens but government, churches been tax exempted put burden on us indirectly, churches are not purely Non-profitable organization, churches serve as revenue for founders, indiscipline on the part of the churches and other reasons pages couldn’t permit me to write I believe strongly without any second thoughts churches shouldn't be taxed exempted!!

Churches are just giving what belongs to Caesar to Caesar per the holy scriptures

THE TRIPPLE S’ KINGS OF GHANA MUSIC!

A life without a challenge would be somewhat: so as a race without a winner would be awkward. The Ghanaian music industry has over the years seen the performance of talented and super fantastic singers of which some are still ruining and others out of the system. In the gospel industry great like Esther Smith, Bishop Michael Osei Bonsu, Cindy Thompson, Amy Newman, Daughters of glorious Jesus, Tagoe Sisters, No Tribe, and a host of others Hip-life and Highlife artistes of fame include Slim Buster, Nana Ampadu, Obrafour, Samini, Guru, Amakye Dede, Paa Bobo, Daddy Lumba, Sarkodie, Tinny, etc It is quiet funny almost all the above listed musicians once ruled as king or queen of the Ghana Music Industry. Of late it been like the gospel musicians have been over shadowed by the great musician I call them the triple S kings.
Michael Owusu Addo known publicly as Sarkodie, a Ghanaian hip -pop, hip-life and Azonto recording artiste. BET best International Act award winner 2012. The fastest rapper in Ghana. This man needs no further introduction since his fame is everywhere. He is well known for albums like Sarkology, Mary Mary. His style of music presentation is a mixture of facts and comedy. A couple of his single tracks like ‘free press’, ‘Economy’, ‘Dumsor’, got him into trouble but still keeps on moving. Due to his level of excel many groups have been formed to motivate him the likes of Sarknation, TeamSark and the rest.
The second on top of the list rocking after Sarkodie is no one else than Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr a reggae- dancehall musician, known on stage as Shatta Wale formerly Bandana. He won the Artiste of the year 2014 edition of the Ghana Music Awards. Shatta Wale best known as dancehall king. A very controversial artist founder and president of Shatta Movement and SM4Lyf. His songs are very difficult to hear what he means. He combines English, Twi with the Patwah languages in his music His song “Dancehall king “ there was a verse which goes “dancehall king in the whole Ghana” due to how fast he sings people were singing it as Dancehall king Hanna Montana” instead of the words ‘Dancehall king in the whole Ghana’. He is really talented for the fact that ‘dissing’ a collegue musician in his music is not a problem.
Lastly, Livingstone Etse Satekia known in showbiz as Stonebwoy a Ghanaian Afro -pop, Dancehall and Reggae artiste and the CEO of Burniton Music Group. Stonebwoy likewise Shatta Wale are among the few Ghanaian musicians who ragga in Jamacian Patwa or Patwah and considered a “multifaceted rapper”. He won the ‘Artist of the year’ and ‘Album of the year‘ in the 2015 edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Award and also won the Best International Act of BET awards 2015 Bhimnation is the fan group supporting Livingstone Satakia’s music. The music of this great personalities have been cruised by many yet they stand top in the Ghana Music Industry. Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy.

THREE ULTIMATE LESSONS I LEARNT FROM THE JUNE 3RD TWIN DISASTER.

The circles of life is always a lesson one has to learn and if you learn it well you can flow without any limitations. The natural disasters which happened in the capital city on 3rd June which brought everyone mourning and frustrated was a lesson I have learnt much and I am going to share with you in the lines below. The sudden drum which got Kwaku Ananse into trouble got some people into trouble on the 3rd June 2015 (Wednesday) on the fore court of the Accra community. Many intellectuals have read meaning into it no matter their political views they spoke fairly. The ultimate lesson i learnt is, all hope is not lost as far as we are alive. On the morning Thursday 4th June, 2015 almost all the Television stations and channels were showing visuals of the vivid thing which took place. The radio stations conducted interviews on interviews to find out the happenings regarding the natural disasters. Later, the president of the Republic His Excellency John Mahama declared a three days mourning in the whole country. Reader! Hope you have at least watched or seen in pictures how the twin disaster spoiled properties and how lives were lost? Have you thought it could be you? But thanks to Jah, what are we doing to help this unprofessional ‘silly’ things happening to our dear nation? My question goes to the privileged that are living. Did we just mourned or we are putting measures in place for the unknown future?
Besides, the flood and fire out-break was a sign of the end of days. It always pours but never rains as the saying goes. Do you think poor settlement only caused the floods? Yes it is! But remember in the Biblical days when it rained forty (40) days and forty (40) nights. Noah and all those who were in the ark survived due to obedience. Those who were killed by the floods and those by the fire out-break, those who died by the fire suffered most, creating a thin link about what is written in the book of life. So it may be that is sign of warning telling the world to wake up. Furthermore, I learnt money can’t buy life. Haven watched a man who got burnt to dead in his luxurious car with his seat belt and a filling station built with a huge sum of money. What I asked myself was, where are we going? Those people who died were people from all sorts of environs including Bankers, Teachers, Drivers, Electricians, Street Venders keep mentioning. That, with all the monies they have could not save them.
Let change our way of doing things and save mother Ghana

WEAR THE MASKS!

Like men run women cry, as politicians has always been doing politricks. The day has finally come where holidays are ruining the country financially down. Oh my oh my ! I know you are asking why? But I will answer that in my up coming piece if time will be on my side. " my journalism is hinged on three basic principles naming ,shaming and jailing" these are words from Anas Aremeyaw Anas ace undercover investigative journalist. What am I driving to ? All what I want to say is . There a lot of bad and corrupt persons around us, and they need to be put behind bars regardless of their positions in the country. You cannot just say, a person is corrupt and he would be caught and be prisoned. You need an evidence a hard core evidence, meaning doing immersion journalism working undercover , been vigilant and focusing on your goals. It's hard though but rome was not built in a day as the saying goes. Reporting criminals, avoid taking and giving out bribes, avoiding create loot and share and the likes keep mentioning are all ways we can do to prevent those bad and corrupt guys from our society and Ghana at large. Wear the masks as the title of this piece doesn't mean we should wear masks to unveil corruption in our dear nation if that be it, we will all turn arabians but working secretly behind doors knowing what you are up to and getting the results and affecting your society positively with it. When you wear masks no one get to see your face. If the bad guys has broken the bridges let we the good guys build a strong one, and one day Ghana would be a corruption free country. Remember the principals in the game naming, shaming, and jailing. Long live Ghana! Long live true patriot!

#MAD IN GHANA

Is the title of today's holiday's message. Rescue the perishing , care for the dying is the exact song which comes to mind when I look at the happenings in Ghana now. Anyway, happy founder's day to you. Our institutions are corrupt, Ghanaians are suffering , the cedi is falling. There is no hope for better future if we don't change. Ghana now is a member of the Highly Indebted Country's. The oppositions has nothing better to offer than to oppose. Indeed we need change not of government but our mentality towards things. Professor, Doctor , Lawyer, Banker has brought us nothing. Western education has taken our norms and values all in the name of human rights. tommyrot ! We need to move forward and take a great decision to be the Anas's. Let work undercover and uproot the root of corruption growing rapidly in our homes, communities, churches, schools, workplaces and the country at large. #MAD Making A Difference in Ghana Watchout for Ghana in the face of......... coming 19 th of . Last Monday was a labor day in the USA. And all sorts of companies didn't operate including their embassy's across the world . Let me ask, did you ever knew is against the law of every country to work on holidays ? Oh yeah it against the law. And if you are found working on holidays risks being dismiss or shutting your firm. HOLIDAY MESSAGE TO GHANAIANS BOTH HOME AND ABOARD

Good morning everyone , hope you are doing pretty good ? Aware let me worry you a little have you ever thought how Ghana is losing millions of monies with these unworthy holidays? the likes of AU Day , Eid , Easter Monday, Republic Day keep mentioning I am with strong conviction that we can celebrate the day without any holiday. The most upsetting of it all is when even the day of celebration falls on a weekend the holiday is shifted to the week day Oh gosh ! Where is this coming from? We only work 12 hours and still wish to be one of the richest countries in the world There is this quote my friend Kwaku Amoh Aboagye likes most and sounds good "work harder, play harder too" let work and achieve the goals before enjoying. My brothers and sisters, inorder not to make noises I will end here. Bernard Ralph Adams Blogger/freelancer Wish you a happy holiday Long live mother Ghana ! Long live true patriot !

AN OPEN LETTER TO PPP AND DR PAA KWESI NDUOM

The Chairman,Secretary,Organizer and the entire members of the Progressive Peoples Party {PPP} and the flagbearer Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom. I wish to tender my appeal, which will bring a massive change to your political party and Ghana at large. I am Bernard Ralph Adams a student, blogger and a freelance writer who believes in the can do spirit. I write solely as a social democrat Ghanaian and don't in anyway support any political party but views, dreams and aspirations of anybody and institution in the country. About four months ago I realized how good it will be if your young reputable political party of three years would be, if they take this bold decision not to contest presidential election for 2016 and focus more on the law making body of the land (parliamentary house). Ghanaians as am one of them always like the •y3 nimwo fi tete• agenda. Progressive People Party is well known for the people as the name goes. Sir, if you want to achieve the best in the country Ghana then the grassroots should be tackle mainly (I mean the parliamentary seats). While the National Democratic Congress (NDC) are struggling to maintain power ann the New Patriotic Party (NPP) aiming to attain power. More focus is on the presidential thrown , if your noble political party work underground campaigning for your parliamentary candidates targeting at least fifty seats across the country. The Chairman, Secretary, Organizer and the entire members of the Progressive Peoples Party (PPP) and Dr Paa kwesi Nduom. You have a great vision for the country but as the saying goes little drops of water makes a mighty ocean target the parliamentary seats and as they perform their tasks well it will generate more supports for your party then by 2020 your humble party can take Ghana by surprise in the presidential elections. Is my idle wish my loyal appeal will be taken into consideration. Thank you

THE LAST WISHES OF ALEXANDER THE GREAT WHICH WILL CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS !

The last wishes of Alexander the Great......... On his death bed, Alexander summoned his army generals and told them his three ultimate wishes: 1. The best doctors should carry his coffin ... 2. The wealth he has accumulated (money, gold, precious stones) should be scattered along the procession to the cemetery ... 3. His hands should be let loose, so they hang outside the coffin for all to see !! One of his generals who was surprised by these unusual requests asked Alexander to explain . Here is what Alexander the Great had to say : 1. "I want the best doctors to carry my coffin to demonstrate that in the face of death , even the best doctors in the world have no power to heal .." 2. "I want the road to be covered with my treasure so that everybody sees that material wealth acquired on earth , will stay on earth.." 3. I want my hands to swing in the wind, so that people understand that we come to this world empty handed and we leave this world empty handed after the most precious treasure of all is exhausted, and that is : TIME. We do not take to our grave any material wealth. TIME is our most precious treasure because it is LIMITED. We can produce more wealth, but we cannot produce more time. When we give someone our time, we actually give a portion of our life that we will never take back . Our time is our life !.

THE BODY OF CHRIST IS DIVIDED

Very soon Christians all over the world will be celebrating the crucifixion of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who died for our sins about 2000 years ago and resurrected. But as to the exact date Christ was crucified many Bible scholars have not been able to fish it out but it is written in the Holy Bible He was crucified on Friday which is generally referred to as Good Friday. The great politician and the 16th President of the United State of America Abraham Lincoln ones said in a speech he delivered on February 27, 1860 that” Human action can be modified to some extent but human nature cannot be changed” Many believers in the world are more of words than deeds(I stand to be corrected). The problem of the 21st century Christians is not money but pride. In most of the churches, the congregation believes they are saints and see the unbelievers as demons. Which is different from the great commission in the Holy book of life. The body of Christ is divided does not symbolized that Christ body has fall apart literally divided. Among the churches today there are cool wars battling over which doctrine is right

GHANA FOR YOU ! Letters to Ghanaians article 04

In this very piece there’re many things which makes something different from the other. Ghana as a country in the southern sahara desert has many unique features. In this article I am walking you through some. It is educative and also funny. Welcome to Ghana where losing a mobile phone is more precious than losing virginity. Where bathrooms has become photo studio. Where getting a Galaxy phone is greater than achieving B.S.C Degree. Where Yahoo boys has brighter future than graduates. Where temples have turned into dating point. Where ladies fear pregnancy than HIV. Where worshiping God is difficult than learning music. Where lies are turned into realities. Where pizza delivery is faster than emergency responses. Where people go to church with BB charges than Bible. Where guys are scared of getting married but love to have sex. Where Antagonist is called Killer and Protagonist Broman. Where when a government does assigned duties he want to be applaud. Where sex is cheap but love is costly. Where every tooth paste is called Pepsodent. Where every washing powder is called Omo.

GHANA IN SEARCH OF PATRIOT !

A land full of great resources blessed with all what a nation needs to develop. Ghana a nation of which is describe as home of peace and of Africa democracy. When will our leaders realize the great talents we have ? Are we waiting for a patriot to die before we write a mouth-watering tribute ? Oh ! now Ghanaians don’t think of the well being of the country but themselves. A land great fought for with their own resources has now been the land of selfishness while growing up. I learnt if your country is rich then you can also be rich. Is Ghana indeed searching for a patriot ? With many unsung patriot talking in-terms of Paa Grant the unsung hero, Dr Kwame Nkrumah , J. B Danquah, John Mensah Sarbah, Kwegyir Aggrey, Casely Hayford, to mention few who sacrificed in diverse ways making Ghana an independent state. Patriot refers to a person who loves, supports and defends his or her country and it interest with devotion. A patriot is always ready to countenance the just claims and animate the reasonable hopes of the people , he reminds them frequently, of their rights encroachments and to multiply securities. These day people parade themselves parade as patriots. A person will rally a campaign just because he wants to benefit. We certainly have patriot in the country but we only have to honor the dead patriot and encourage them to the surface. It’s not been in a political office before you can be patriot. Has Bill Gate ever held any political office ? Patriots are all over the country the likes of Kofi Annans’ Dag Heward Mills, Nunu Mensah keep mentioning. It is very clear that the celebrities will never involve in political parties to save their image from divided fans. The reality is, the problems are there and we need to solve it. Unity is what we want. Enough of the political games (blame game) naming institutions after Busia and the likes okay !. Patriot do not do things because he need political power. I sometimes ask my comrades so are we photocopying the white ? Ghanaians, let be real, this not how we were natured let us not take advantage of social media and democracy and abolish the morals. Be proud you are yourself and not anybody. Not long ago, a couple of public figures who were arrested for bleaching the law all fall ill and were rash to the hospital. Let stop the RACISM WILL NEVER END and encourage the young to live a free from lies, and loot and share (Corruption). The Western world has nothing better to offer us. Have you forgetting the C. J. A agenda to dissidents to over throw the PNDC government violently become public in 1985 when Miss Scarage, after returning to the United State broke down under a lie detector during a debriefing session on C. I. A activities in Africa. Ghana is rising patronize Ghana goods stop the critic game and help, this the only country we have. Let go back and listen to those patriotic songs the ‘Ye nara ye sasine, Yaano Abibrima’ to mention a few. The United Nations (UN), World Health Organisation (WHO), the United States of America and other similar associations and countries. They are the ones who bribed (IF NOT ALL SOME) General Kotoka and Major Afrifa 13 million dollar to over throw Dr Nkrumah. You are a patriot yourself stop pointing figures on others and let build Mother Ghana. Long live Mother Ghana ! Long live true patriot !

MY EXPERIENCE AS A TEACHER

Experience they say is the best teacher and if experience has never taught you a lesson before, you might not be a human being. Lol Aims and objectives in human life has forced many to enter certain fields and grounds unfavorable to them, but as far there is four corners in the world everything is possible. Going through the ups and downs in life with the agenda to succeed. For not until a year ago I never knew the hardships and problems teachers face. You will ask a Ghanaian politician the reward for teachers and he will tell you is in heaven. Always pursuing self interests on the floor of parliament. Today’s piece is based on personal experience, friends experience and hearsay about been a teacher. I have kept this piece in my draft for quite a long time and hope the right time to publish is now, I mean now. Teaching as a profession is of many kinds. But to cut everything short I have grouped it into two forms teaching in the rural area and teaching in the urban area. If you teach in the rural area there’s woe and in the urban area more cheers. Teaching itself is a difficult job and not meant for any lazy person. Racist cannot teach and most especially ‘too known’ people from different background and unique character in the classroom. TEACHING IN THE RURAL AREA If you’re a teacher and you teach in the rural area congratulations for surviving all this woes. Young ones wish to be grown-ups while Elders wish they were still young. One thing about teaching in the rural areas is, never think of resting for the sake of you have taught what you suppose to teach. You will teach and leave the few seconds, if you ask a student what you taught he would be starching his head, making teaching in the rural areas very tough. Also, scanty salary , double work . In this day and time teaching for a whole month and receiving as low as Ghs 50 as a salary. Teaching and also been a labour hmm ei no bi easy saa o ! Beside, trouble-some and disobedient students. It has come stay that, charity begins at home (don’t mean they don’t train them well) and also since most of the people living in the rural areas has no formal education they do not know the value of education and therefore don’t respect teachers. They don’t even care of stoning (you) the class teacher or insulting them (you). Moreover, absenteeism and lateness. Never think of teaching full class or start lessons on the usual schedule time unless it’s Monday and examination week. A class of thirty (30) students and only eighteen (18) regular students. Lateness is a normal thing (in rural areas) and can be compared to pig and dirt. Classes suppose to commerce at 7:40am and students arriving at 8:30am. To add salt to injury, they think everything is free. For where… ? It has been a reality that of real African men. Government offering students free education, free uniforms, free feeding, free shoes and free books. What again …? Parents in rural areas are dread more than a lion. A child will attend school without a pen. How can you go to farm without a cutlass… ? Furthermore, they don’t do home works (Assignment). The world is full of problems but one differs from other. A child has to go to farm before he gets to school and after school he goes again to cultivate foodstuffs to sell before he eat. Tiredness and forgetfulness also prevent them from doing home work and if luck is on your side they will do the home work but oil will surely stack in the book. Ungratefulness and pretenders. If you have monitored the Ghanaian media for sometime now, you will be hearing teachers been beaten-up and classrooms turned into lavatories. No wonder Jesus Christ did many miracles yet they betrayed and crucified him, that Isis man for you, you will do everything for him but will never appreciate it. There is saying in Akan (The major ethnic group in Ghana) which goes if you don’t praise me don’t ruin my reputation. “I declare war if…” hope you remember the exact during the 2012 election in Ghana Hon Kennedy Agyapong’s treason statement. The some happens in rural areas against teachers but this time this way ; ‘’ ..if you cane my child for…’ The most upsetting of it all. Parents fighting teachers (if you have been a victim, you know what I am talking about ) going as far as calling mob to beat-up teachers. The last but surely not the least, in case of anything involving education you will be called upon (Ekurasi Burga) for instance, someone want to write letter to his/her son in the city to sent him/her money. THE URBAN AREA Hallelujah to the Kings of Kings Hallelujah to the Lords of Lords In the present of our Kings Hahaha…. Hope I got the lyrics right? Yeah! I remember, this the very song sang in the cities whiles those rural schools are facing woes the urban areas are dancing to the tune of Don Moren song . Teaching in the city is of many forms but hence I am discussing only two. i. Teaching in the Montessori schools. ii. Teaching in the grammatical oriented private schools. ii. The Montessori Schools The Montessori schools called after Maria Montessori. The woman who founded Montessori education by 1897 a philosophy theoretically cover infant education through matriculation from high school, in practice most Montessori schools offer infant education through 8th grade, 90% of Montessori schools have very young children ages 3 to 6. The centerpiece of Montessori approach is allowing children to learn on their own while being guided by the teacher. Montessori teachers do not correct work and hand it back with lots of red marks. A child’s work is not graded. The teacher assesses what the child has learned and then guides him into new areas of discovery. ii. Grammatical Oriented Schools Unlike the Montessori schools, this form of education is strictly based in the classroom and student following whatever the teacher teaches. Also a well contracted timetable is followed religiously to suit the children condition. The centerpiece of grammatical oriented is to impact knowledge and skills into the child’s mind in the classroom in order to become responsible citizens in the near future. PROBLEMS URBAN TEACHERS FACE. Unnecessary terms and conditions, teachers in the cities are offered with huge amount though but face some kind of embarrassment applied in the appointment letters regarding no teacher leaves the school till the last child leaves, a certain amount of money deducted from their salary when report to school late, and dress code etc. Making it difficult if you find yourself there. ‘The help me grow motive’, thus heads of teachers in the cities have a mentality that you applied for teaching because you wanted money and so therefore they will used you for what they what. Money they work … they chop, when it comes to classroom works you will do and they will earn money and the glory without appreciating to you. Strictness thus the heads will monitor your every move in the school the way you teaches, the way you stand where teaching and others and mostly teaches who find themselves there don’t feel at home.

RAINFOREST AND CAUSES OF RAINFOREST DEFORESTATION

Rainforest once covered 14% of the earth`s land area, but this is now6%. At the current rate of deforestation, rainforest could disappear altogether by the end of this century. The Amazonian rainforest in South America covers 6,5 million km square and has been described as the 'lungs of the planet' because it converts so much carbon dioxide to oxygen. The second largest rainforest is the Congo Basin in Africa which covers 800000 km square. CAUSES OF RAINFOREST DEFORESTATION 1. Commercial logging ; hardwoods such as teak and mahogany are exported. 2. fuel wood ; people and industry burn wood to produce energy for as to help them carry on their works, 3. Subsistence farming ; slash and burn method of farming. 4. Commercial farming ; large areas are cleared to create land for ranches in so doing trees which could have help rainfall will be cut-out.

Ghana a country full of susupons

Ghana formerly known as Gold Coast is a nation in the southern of the Shara desert, West Africa to be precise

The six pees of life

Live as we see is far beyond day and night and you can only succeed if you follow a systematic procedure not saying there is no God though but as the Holy Bible refers as the Basic Institutions Before Living Earth thus also a drawback principle to follow. Prior which means before doing anything. Proper as to, is like a student about to write examination when he solve and revise his note well he will pass and pass well. Planning as the saying goes if you fail to plan , you plan to fail,as the secret of leading is get started effective planning must be done before any action. prevent if you practice the stages explained above there is no way one can fail. Performance whenever a football team train well even if they lose a game you will see from how they play that they actually trained well but the opponent just carried the day, the same thing applies to human life as we live if you learn how to dance well you will be compared to Micheal Jackson and also if you help how to make people laugh well you will be compared to David Oscar. Implying if we all master in our field we will amuse ourselves one day.

RESPECT PRIVACY !

Merry Christmas and a happy new sorry ! taught it is 25th December (Christmas) and wanted to send my seasonal greetings and also a headline which will draw your attention to my blog. Let keep going, what was some memories you remember about Christmas ? Imagine a world were everyone who passed you in the street instantly knew everything about you from the deeply personal to the painfully embarrassing to you. address and even phone number. This brings us to the topic on board respect privacy. For the sake of better understanding I am explaining privacy, Privacy is the state of being free from unwanted or undue intrusion or disturbance in one's private life or affairs freedom to be left alone, tourists most respect the tribe's privacy. Easy as that, but in most cases members of the public work, colleagues, potential dates, police officers all would be stuff you probably wouldn't want strangers to know , sound like a nightmare ? Privacy has been the battle between public figures and the normal individual as to who is right has been the problem. The fundamental right of every land has the human right, ummm ! when will human left come ? just kidding. Every human being is entitled to right of privacy lamenting on issues surrounding the individual. Journalists has been a key factor suppressing the celebrities in every country. For instance journalists dragging a celebs private life to the public scenes all in the name of rendering their services to the nation and also in celebrities life there is nothing like privacy. You will go to the giant search engine Google to search something about a Ghanaian Celeb and all you will find is funny stories regarding ones private life . Not forgetting that before one can sign up for any social media there is privacy setting. since it has legal backing. Privacy a personal matter that is concealed secret. In every religion there is a norm and values which governs it but in recent time privacy has become sacred even if you ask some basic information someone he will simply tell you i don't know you, fair enough is their right.

TOP 15 HEADLINES YOU WILL FIND IF YOU SEARCH A GHANAIAN CELEBRITY ANY SEARCH ENGINE
(FUNNY ONES)
i. Luxurious cars your favorite stars ride. 2. The celebrity with the swag. 3. Who rocks Ghallywood Yvonne Nelson or Nadia Buari ? 4. Who rules Ghana music Sarkodie or Shatta Wale ? 5. ... divorce his wife 6. ... fight gf|bf 7. Shaldes our stars wears to shows 8.... buys new car 9. Who is the sexiest actress celebrity Martha Ankomah or Jocelyn Dumas ? 10. ... had a secret wedding 11. Celebrity beef ...and... 12. Who look good in suit Israel Laryea or Kafui Dey ?. 13.... gives birth to a new bouncing baby. 14. ... escaped died 15. ... ..spotted with..... in the VGMA awards. It's good to at least try and tell what happening to our celebrities but not going as far as this. One funny thing is after this online websites managers draft a disclaimer reading (I am using my blog as an example) Contents found here are of the writers and nothing to do with bernardralphadams.blog-spot.com accuracy and refers do not match with that of bernardralphadams.blogspot.com. Making it as if the editor don't cross-check the story before publishing it. I am of strong conviction that websites such as omg Ghana, peacefmonline.com, citifmonline and others hide behind certain people as some Ghanaian politicians hide behind certain people to trade in illicit drugs. I am a respecter of privacy simply because is a right one is entitled to. Will you be happy to wake up one day to see your house viral on the internet with the caption ' The big show of Ralph's Mansion ? Karmar advises to be patience in whatever we do for it shall surely bounce back one day.

Let prevent Hippocrates and love life !

WHO ROCKS THE MORNING SHOW IN THE CAPITAL ?

I have being a fun of listening to radio since infancy. Trust me I know about 99.9% FM stations in Ghana, and about 50% their weekly program mes. Unlike Television I will sit beside it by 9:00pm and by 9:10pm I have already fallen asleep. Morning shows in Ghana are in three forms Political shows, Sports shows and Entertainment shows , but for the sake of accountability and clarity I am focusing on political shows and Entertainment shows. Radio political shows have always made headlines in Ghana. Some Political actors blame them always. Irrespective of the show Ghanaians listen. Entertainment shows boiling the airwaves with good musics. Radio program me would mess up without musics. It is believed that, personalities behind the console either help the  radio station gain or loss listeners. It's also good to brand radio shows in a grand style as Done-well Insurance slogan "if it must be done, it must be done well". Oops ! cherish readers forgive me if I didn't cover your favorite morning show. I am in Agona Swedru and I only covered those radio stations which their Frequency Modulations reach my place. Like the Swedru based radio stations which they are waves don't even reach Kasoa. Strategically speaking I covered and monitored seven flagship morning shows including the likes of Day Break Hitz on Hitz FM, Kokroko on Peace FM, National Agenda on Oman FM, Dweso Nsem on Adom FM, Super Morning Show (SMS) on Joy FM, Ryse N Shyne on Y FM and Ade Akye Abia on Okay FM. Each morning I tuned-in and monitored the Flagship programmes, they all performs to their masses expectations but in some cases sensationalism takes place. Ever since I started monitoring this flagship programmers I discovered great talents and a good presentation of works.

Hitz FM Day break hitz hosted by Kwesi Appiah known on radio as Black I (eye ). The show is aired Mondays-Fridays 6:00am - 10:00pm. Mondays is confession during this segment listeners are allowed to call-in and confess their sins after, a Counselor is called to address the callers issue and advise them. Tuesdays to Fridays discerning listeners who are troubled on marital (relationship) issues call for advise and afterwards listeners are allow to share their thought and comment and  a Counselor finally advises the troubled person. Along the line news papers review, question of the day and entertainment news takes place as segment of the show. Good music is played to help listeners forget some of their troubles. So far they are doing well.

Kokroko hosted by the Chairman General Kwame Sefa Kayi. The man with the deep tone voice. Kwame Sefa Kayi has been voted the Best Morning Show host for four consecutive times and also RTP personality for the year 2013 and 2014. If you have ever tuned-in before you will bare with me the classic interview and the way he organize his panel members. A regular panel schedule members Mondays - Fridays 6:00am - 11:00pm.On Peace 104.3. With the credibility and accuracy Kwame Sefa is on top of his game. Peace FM 104.3.

Fiifi Boafo the successful man behind Oman FM National Agenda the ultimate morning show on Oman FM. Fiifi has produced and hosted Adom FM's Dwaso Nsem nearly a decade ago.The flagship program of Oman FM is aired Monday - Friday at exactly 6:00am - 10:00pm. As experienced Fiifi is there is a little to hammer on talking interms of how he handle his panel members given them free access to say whatever they have to say, most especially when his boss Hon. Kennedy Agyapong appears on his show. Rumours also make waves on his platform. Fiifi does fantastically and hope he will improve.

Dwaso Nsem has always made headlines in the news papers, despite the frequent changing of personalities from Adakabare Frimpong Manso to Ekuoba Gyesi then Fiifi Boafo, Adakabare Frimpong Manso again and finally Blessed Godsbrain Smart affectionately called Captain Smart. Lovers of radio will appreciate and point out that, Dwaso Nsem is an interactive and entertaining show. Starting with news paper review to analyzing (discussing) issues. It is aired weekly 6:00am-10:00am. Captain Smart does very well but seems he has alittle temper when addressing and interviewing people about vital issues, and should check that.

The Super Morning Show (SMS) hosted by humble Kojo Yankson. Kojo is a new personality in the Greater Accra media circles, Joy FM flagship program SMS has been hosted by great like Tommy Annan Forson, ace BBC Broadcaster Komla Domor, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah and Mr Kojo Yankson recently. Kojo Yankson has what it takes to get his listeners tune-in. He exercises authority over his panel members and the accuracy in his presentations. Kojo is one of the few radio personalities which updates their listeners and fans on social media from motivation messages to panel discussions. Since he is not even a year on urban radio I will live it there. Tune in this and every Monday - Friday 6:00am-10:00am on Joy 99.7 FM

.Ryse N Shyne hosted by the goddess Ms Naa on Y FM the radio station for the youth. I prefer calling her Ms Abrofosem. Many vibrant youth including my friend Smart Dollar refer to Ms Naa as the noise making female presenter on Y FM. But infact Ms Naa together with DJ Vision drives non-political minds to work with a classic music. One thing about Ms Naa is She don't fake her speaking (English accent) , She is real, brave and talented. No non-sense presenter who worked with the Global Media Alliance Y FM. Tune-in this and every Monday - Friday on Y FM 107.9.

Ade Akye Abia the flagship program of Okay 1 01.7 FM hosted by Kwame Nkrumah Tikesi the man with the slogan '3y3 kai s3 miden ho tei'. Okay FM a sister station of the self acclaim Ghana's number one radio station Peace FM 104.3, Okay FM started broadcasting October 2010. Kwame Nkrumah Tikesi has his own style of presentation . During his show he teaches the origin and meaning of certain Twi words and the right pronunciation. His show start 6:00am-10:00am. In the capital city Ade Akye Abia is the only morning show which is strictly news paper review and exclusive interviews no political discussion (argument and political lies) I'd enjoy his show Monday-Monday and one jingle I like is Aha na Ghana kasa ! Aha aso so na Ghana tie !. Mr Tikesi does well but a little I want to tackle about how he present his show, he sometimes conduct 'irrelevant' interviews only to bring tension, panic and fear as Adakabare was doing on Adom FM. Adorable readers of this article should not think somewhat for critizing sake but for change and improvement in the morning shows in the capital. Who watches the the watchman ? Ghanaian media has gone too far for this 'KGee' act on radio. I haven't forgotten the shallow new radio stations hitting the airwaves and about to hit radio stations Starr 103.5 FM, Bright FM, Adepa FM, Breeze FM, Atinka FM and the soon to come (undergoing test transmission) radio stations.
